We are currently looking for energetic candidates to provide a superb level of service to all customers.

Our client is leader in the Hospitality & Leisure sector, distinguished and well established in the hospitality sector with two own branded Resorts both of which are the largest resorts on the mediterraneam island of Malta. Besides they have different restaurants and bars and the Starbucks franchise aswell.


  • 2 years of previous experience in the desired position, preferably in 4 or 5 star hotels or high end restaurants
  • Ability to understand and speak English Fluently. Interviews are in English.
  • Candidates must be vaccinated against Covid19 to be able to relocate in Malta.

Note that:

  • If you are approved in a first interview you will need to send 1 or 2 work references.
  • You must have a valid and updated passport. No need to have an European passport.
  • If hired you will apply an Identity Card (Simple Work Permit) so you can legally work.
  • You will also get a Health Insurance as per Maltese Law.
  • You must be willing and able to relocate in May or June 2022.
  • After a successful interview you will need to obtain a Police Clearance Certificate.
  • If hired, you must provide proof of Covid Vaccines, Hepitis A, Tythaoid, Polio and Measels.
  • You will work 40 hs./week. Managerial positions work 50 hs/week.

Salary in Euros. There are also Tips.

Durign the Summer Season (June to October) you can work overtime that will be paid accordingly.

Accommodation: Provided by the hiring company for 2 weeks.

Meals: Free when on duty.

Transportation: Free transportation on closing shifts to go back home.

Uniform: Free (Shoes are not included)

Head Chef: As a Head Chef, you will manage the daily kitchen activities, overseeing the team, quality of the food. Preferably two to three years in this position or similar.Strong work organisational skills including supervisory skills and planning.Eye for detail and great communication skills.Fluent in both written and spoken English language.Willingness to work with a team and to mentor and train the team.Ability to work in a high pressure and fast-paced environment.

Sous Chef: A sous chef is responsible for planning and managing food preparation in restaurant kitchens. Known as the assistant to the head chef or the head chef’s second in command, these skilled individuals perform a range of duties including planning menus, training new staff, and recording inventory. to ensure that the company’s excellent reputation for food quality is maintained at all times.

Chef de Partie: We are looking fo talented chefs de partie to help our culinary team create memorable meals for our restaurant’s patrons. You will be responsible for a specific section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality food that meets the head chef’s standards, and ensuring that your station is sanitary and well-stocked. To assist the Sous Chef and Chef de Tournant in the kitchen outlet/operation and to ensure that the company’s excellent reputation for food quality is maintained at all times.

F&B Servers: Responsible for attending the F&B outlet or Restaurant guests, by taking orders and serving food & beverages to ensure our guests have a pleasant dining experience.

F&B Supervisors: A shift supervisor assigns tasks to subordinate employees, makes sure that all sales and operations run smoothly, responds to customer inquiries and complaints, balances drawers and accounts
and the end of a shift, and reports to middle or upper management with any ongoing issues or problems. This is a Front of House position that primarily deals with serving clients and maintaining ultimate
levels of hygiene on a 24/7 basis. We are looking for candidates who have previous experience
working as waiters in hotels, restaurants or other establishments/ businesses.

Bar Manager: Responsible for keeping the bars running smoothly by handling day-to-day operations, managing resources, and employees, and creating a safe, fun environment for guests and patrons. Plans, directs and oversees all bar operations including managing staff, ensuring product and service standards are met and implementing and maintaining procedures for maximum operating efficiency.

Bartender: Responsible to attend the bar areas in our various bars and F&B outlets for the preparation of hot & cold beverages, alcoholic & non-alcoholic cocktails as per bar menu and the outlet’s quality standards.

Baristas: This position contributes to Starbucks success by providing legendary customer service to all customers. This job creates the Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.

Restaurant Hostess: We are looking for Hostess to join the team and be the first point of contact for guests. The hostess welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner. Ascertains their dining/lodging needs. Seats guests and manage the seating chart. Monitors restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow. Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.

Sommelier: We are looking for passionate Sommeliers to join the team. A sommelier is a wine expert that creates wine lists that pair with food menus. Sommeliers create and update wine lists, make recommendations on food and wine pairings, and advise guests on wines based on their personal tastes.

Room Attendants: Responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms in order to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests. They ensure that all rooms are inviting and clean and they address all guest queries politely and knowledgeably.

Cleaners: Ensure that the spaces to which they are assigned remain tidy and orderly. Cleaners work in a variety of settings including public areas.

Stewards: As a Kitchen Steward you are responsible for providing a clean and efficient service as well as maintain the required hygiene standards as per the Hotel’s standards and procedures. Primarily responsible for operating and maintain cleaning equipment and tools. Also responsible for washing dishes, china ware, flatware, cutlery, crockery, kitchen vessels, sweeping  and mopping floors, cleaning and detailing equipment’s etc. Maintains the kitchen, dish washing and back area in an inspection-ready condition in accordance with local authority and hotel guidelines.
