RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATES

Crew & Cruise is looking for the below Gift Shop positions onboard Cruises.

Recruiting Candidates in: South America and Mexico. In Central America only candidates with previous experience onboard.

We are always looking out for passionate, talented people to join the onboard teams as sales assistants, product sales specialists or as part of the retail management team.

Provide a complete shopping experience for the passengers onboard, involving product knowledge and excellent service. The Sales Associate is at the service of the customer: before the sale, to advise; during the sale, to explain the terms; or after the sale, regarding claim . 

Requirements:

  • Minimun 21 years old
  • At least 1 year in retail sales experience. Senior and Management positions requier more experience.
  • Similar previous work experience in land or onboard. Preferably experience selling cosmetics,  make up, fragrances, clothing, accessories,  liquor and/or souvenirs
  • Excelent level of spoken English.
POSITIONS:
 
Retail Sales Associates: We are looking to recruit motivated and ambitious Retail Sales Associates to join the successful teams at sea. If you have proven experience of providing excellent customer service, working with premium and luxury brands, apply now!
 
Beauty Sales Specialists: You must have strong retail background and knowledge of premium beauty products and fragrances.
 
Fragrance Sales Specialists:
He/She posses strong retail background and knowledge of fragrances. Express a passion for fragrance and inspire clients with expertise on fragrance trends and product.
 
Jewelry Sales Specialists: The Fine Jewelry Specialist is responsible for selling a wide assortment of high end jewelry and luxury brands and individual pieces.
 
Watch Sales Specialists: The Premium Watch Sales Specialits must have strong retail background and knowledge of watches, including experience of working with and selling Swiss brands and luxury watches.
 
Liquor Specialists: We are looking to recruit motivated and ambitious Liquor Sales staff. If you have strong retail background and knowledge of liquor products send us your CV now!
